Vegan MoFo Day 11 - Focus on a nutrient

Ha, I know next to nothing about nutrition! I do know however, that I love broccoli and that stuff is packed with vitamin c. Because the internet told me so. It was also the only vegetable I had but that's besides the point. Broccoli = good for you.

Today I made a mixture of short grain brown rice and black rice, fried that along with chopped garlic and tender stem broccoli in some toasted sesame oil. I added some kafir lime infused soy sauce and dressed the bowl of goodness with every vegan's favourite hot sauce, sriracha.
